So I know its considered risky and everything but I’m trying the ABC diet, and so far its going really well! Yeah its super low cal, but its still pretty easy to follow! I’m down 2 pounds and going strong. Stay tuned for updates!
I want a better way to tell you guys stuff so I’m making a journal entry page. Today is June 16th and yesterday was a pig out day with my best friend at the movies. Today I’m supposed to avoid being downstairs because the puppy isn’t feeling good, and my mom wants her to have quiet time. So here I am with my Chobani and my water. On July 2nd I start my summer Intensive (ballet, 4 weeks, 9-5 sometimes till 7, 5 days a week plus performances on weekends) and that is really gonna work magic for me I think. Right now I’m designing a meal plan so that I don’t have excess calories and gross stuff going into me. July 1st I’m doing official weigh in and measurements, then not weighing or measuring again until the end of the program! wish me luck, or as we say in ballet, merge!! (it means shit)
